KSTAR Showcases Solar and Storage Solutions Tailored for African Energy Needs at Solar & Storage Live Africa 2026
Exhibition News, 2026.3.26
As demand for reliable and affordable electricity continues to grow across Africa, Solar & Storage Live Africa 2026 once again brought together industry leaders to explore solutions for a more resilient energy future. At this year’s exhibition, KSTAR presented a comprehensive range of residential and C&I solar and storage technologies designed to address the region’s increasing need for energy reliability, flexible power management, and adaptation to diverse operating environments.

Residential Solutions Built for Reliability and Flexibility
For households increasingly affected by power outages and voltage instability, KSTAR showcased its BlueSpark series, an all-in-one hybrid system, available in both single-phase (3.68-6 kW) and three-phase (4- 12 kW) versions. The three-phase models support 100% three-phase unbalanced output, enabling stable operation even when household loads are unevenly distributed. With on/off-grid parallel capability, optional AFCI protection, and high-performance battery cells backed by a 10-year warranty, the system is designed to deliver long-term safety and reliability for modern homes.
Also featured was the Home Series, an integrated residential hybrid storage solution available in 3.6–6 kW and 10 kW configurations. Built with top-tier lithium cells, an integrated design, and quick-connect terminals, the system simplifies installation and provides homeowners with a dependable and easy-to-manage energy system.
To support off-grid and hybrid applications common in rural or remote areas, KSTAR presented the Knight Series hybrid inverter (3.6 kW/6 kW). Compatible with lithium and lead-acid batteries as well as diesel generators, the inverter enables flexible energy management. It also supports up to six units in parallel, allowing scalable capacity expansion as demand grows.
KSTAR additionally showcased the BlueGlow Series and BluE-G Series, further expanding options for residential users seeking stable and independent power supply.
Solutions for Commercial and Industrial Energy Demands
For C&I applications, KSTAR highlighted the BluePulse Series, an all-in-one C&I energy storage solution delivering 70 kWh, 89 kWh, and 107 kWh capacities compatible with KAC Series 20- 50 kW hybrid inverters. Equipped with Tier-1 battery cells and dual fire protection systems, the solution prioritizes safety alongside performance. Integrated backup and generator input, approximately 10 ms on/off-grid switching, and direct backup load support ensure continuous operation during grid interruptions. The system is highly scalable, supporting up to 6 units off-grid and 20 on-grid, making it suitable for a wide range of business scenarios from peak shaving to emergency backup.
The BlueKernel Series 125 kW three-phase on-grid inverter is engineered for high-performance PV systems, offering maximum PV voltage up to 1100 V and DC/AC ratio up to 1.5, making it compatible with high-capacity solar modules. With efficiency reaching 98.7%, integrated Type II DC/AC surge protection, and IP66 protection level, the inverter is built to operate reliably in challenging outdoor environments, including high temperatures and dusty conditions.
Supporting Africa’s Transition to Resilient Energy Systems
As solar adoption continues to accelerate across Africa, the demand for flexible and resilient energy systems is becoming increasingly evident. By combining high-efficiency solar technology with adaptable storage solutions, KSTAR aims to support households and businesses in building more reliable and sustainable energy infrastructures.
