As the global energy transition accelerates, the demand for smarter, more resilient, and more adaptable energy infrastructure continues to grow across utility-scale, C&I, and residential sectors. At SNEC PV+ 2026, KSTAR presented a comprehensive portfolio of solar and energy storage solutions designed to support evolving market needs across diverse application scenarios.
Advancing Utility-Scale PV Toward Higher Efficiency and Lower LCOE
One of the highlights at the exhibition was KSTAR’s newly launched G465KTH 465kW string inverter, designed for next-generation large-scale solar plants.
Supporting 1600Vdc architecture and 1000Vac design, the solution is engineered to improve overall system economics through longer string design, reduced BOS costs, and lower LCOE. Built with next-generation SiC semiconductor technology, the inverter improves power density by 25% and achieves up to 99.1% maximum efficiency.
The inverter features 6 MPPTs with 6×105A high-current input, supporting compatibility with high-power bifacial modules while improving adaptability across complex terrains and diversified installation conditions.
To ensure safer and more efficient plant operation, the solution integrates AFCI protection, AC/DC terminal temperature detection, intelligent string-level I-V diagnosis capable of identifying multiple module fault types, and automated fan reverse cleaning, helping improve fault identification efficiency and reduce maintenance complexity over the project lifecycle. Strong weak-grid support capability and IP66/C5 protection design also enable stable operation in harsh environments such as desert, coastal, and high-temperature regions.
KSTAR also showcased the newly launched GSM4800D-MV central inverter integrated MV station, featuring modular design, high-power sub-array support, and integrated architecture for simplified deployment and maintenance. Additional products, including the GSM1600D and GSM3125D-MV were also displayed.
Supporting Smarter and More Flexible Residential Energy Use
In the residential sector, KSTAR presented its integrated solar-storage-charging ecosystem, including the BlueSpark Series all-in-one ESS, Home Series all-in-one ESS, Knight Series hybrid inverters, GreenFlow 7kW AC Charger, and intelligent distribution box.
Designed around flexibility and ease of use, the solutions support plug-and-play installation, modular expansion, and integrated EMS functionality to optimize the coordination of PV generation, energy storage, and household consumption.
The intelligent distribution box further enhances home energy resilience through intelligent load prioritization and multi-energy integration. By categorizing household circuits into different priority levels, the solution helps ensure critical loads remain powered during grid outages while optimizing backup energy usage. Support for diesel generators and existing AC-coupled PV systems further enhances system flexibility for both new installations and retrofit projects.
Combined with the KSTAR Sync platform, the ecosystem enables more convenient monitoring and intelligent energy management for modern households.
Integrated PV, ESS, and EV Charging Solution for Commercial and Industrial Applications
KSTAR also presented its latest integrated PV+ESS+EV charging solution for C&I applications, meeting the growing need for flexible and interconnected energy infrastructure.
Among the highlights was the newly launched BluePulse Series 125kW/260kWh liquid-cooling energy storage system, recently recognized with the EUPD Research Top Innovation Storage Europe 2026 award.
Designed with DC-coupled PV and storage architecture, the solution helps improve solar utilization efficiency while supporting flexible capacity expansion for different project requirements. The system also supports automatic on-grid/off-grid switching through integrated STS, as well as diesel generator coordination for wider applications.
To further improve operational safety and reliability, the system integrates multi-layer fire protection design together with KSTAR’s self-developed EMS platform for intelligent energy management.
Additional exhibits include the BluePulse Series 50kW/120kWh system, BlueCore Series indoor C&I battery solutions, and GreenFlow DC charging solutions, providing more flexible energy solutions for C&I users.
Exploring a More Connected Energy Future
In addition to the highlighted solutions, KSTAR also showcased residential PV solutions, C&I PV solutions, and centralized utility-scale BESS systems at the exhibition.
Together, these offerings reflect KSTAR’s continued expansion across diversified energy scenarios, supporting evolving global demand for more flexible and diversified energy infrastructure.
